Auna is a driven 19-year-old college student and standout softball player, recognized for her discipline, teamwork, people skills, and determination—both on and off the field. She built a strong foundation in marketing through the Jackson CEO program and is currently expanding her expertise as an Event Coordinator Intern at Garden Grove Event Center.
With experience in both competitive athletics and previous marketing roles, Auna has developed a strong ability to perform under pressure, think creatively, and thrive in collaborative environments. These qualities make her a natural fit for the fast-paced world of event marketing and management.

Mike Baltz has been a personal trainer in Carbondale for 20 years. During that time he has competed in bodybuilding events, triathlons, and road races. Mike has trained over a hundred clients ranging from 95-year-old emeritus professors to 10-year-old youth athletes. He has trained several female clients that went on to compete in figure/bikini shows. He has also trained several high school athletes that went on to play their sports in college. Mike’s philosophy on fitness is that it should be a healthy journey with a goal of sustainability. He says, “Fitness is a marathon, not a sprint.” Mike guarantees that if you work with him you will get stronger, your conditioning will improve, and you will learn how to make fitness a lifestyle.
