To ensure a smooth and well-managed wedding day, professional event staffing is arranged through Garden Grove Event Center. Our team supports setup, event flow, guest assistance, catering coordination, and overall venue care throughout your celebration.

Garden Grove Event Center partners with an exclusive on-site caterer for food preparation, while Garden Grove manages food service on-site to ensure a smooth and consistent guest experience.

All food service is professionally supported by the Garden Grove team, including staffing, service equipment, and setup. This approach allows the catering team to focus on food quality while Garden Grove ensures proper presentation, timing, and guest care throughout your event.

Limited exceptions for outside catering may be available by request, with an additional fee.

Garden Grove Event Center provides all beverage service on-site, including beverage stations, glassware, chafing dishes as needed, and professional staffing.

A non-alcoholic beverage package is required for all weddings and is provided separately from the venue rental. Couples may choose whether or not to serve alcohol.

If alcohol is served, bar service options are flexible and customizable, including hosted bar packages or a cash bar option.

Professional beverage staffing is provided for all events to ensure consistent service and guest care.

To ensure a smooth and worry-free dessert experience, Garden Grove provides support for cake setup, presentation, and service. This includes appropriate storage prior to service and the necessary items for an organized cake cutting and dessert presentation. 

Couples have access to our in-house décor collection to help simplify event styling. Available items may be used as a starting point and easily paired with personal décor, florals, and design elements to reflect your unique vision.

Décor availability is based on current inventory.

 The following amenities are included with The Garden and The Courtyard venues:

• LED dance floor with optional digital programs
• Bridal Suite access beginning at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the wedding
• Groom’s Room access beginning at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the wedding

(These amenities are not included with The Loft.)

Wedding pricing at Garden Grove Event Center is based on the season, rather than the day of the week. This structure provides flexibility when selecting a date and reflects overall availability and demand throughout the year.
